Yes, head to Tune My Music to import your playlists to TIDAL.

Open the TIDAL app on any device.
Tap “Log in” on the home page and then “Reset password”.
As your username enter the e-mail address you used when signing up.
After a moment you will receive an e-mail with a link which will allow you to set up a new password.
Follow the instructions.
After changing the password, you can log in to TIDAL with your new password.
