Yes, using TIDAL will use up your data package.

It may take up to 3 days for you to receive a text message from us with an activation link to sign up for your TIDAL account. When you receive the text message, click the link and follow the instructions.

If you deleted the text message with the activation link and you haven't used the link to sign up, you will receive another text message a few more days. You can also go to https://offer.tidal.com/netiaPl where you can activate the offer. Please be aware that this way of signing up is only available after receiving the first text message.

You should receive a text message with an activation link within 3 days after purchasing Netia services. If you haven't receive a text message within the timeframe, please contact Netia Customer Service by calling 801 802 803 or 22 711 11 11 (The cost of the call will be charged according to your operator's price list).

If you already have an account with TIDAL (with your credit card registered to the account) you can use your existing account. Charges to your credit card will be stopped and your TIDAL account will be paid for as part of your Netia subscription.

If you have a TIDAL account from other partners, you will need to register a new account.

• Open the TIDAL app on any device.
• Tap “Log in” on the home page and then “Reset password”.
• As your username enter the e-mail address you used when signing up.
• After a moment you will receive an e-mail with a link which will allow you to set up a new password.
• Follow the instructions.
• After changing the password, you can log in to TIDAL with your new password.
